UK Second class royal mail, 3 to 5 days delivery - £0.90 - free for orders over  £10.00

UK First class class royal mail, 1 to 2 days delivery - £1.70 - free for orders over  £12.00

​International 8 to 10 days delivery - £2.00 - free for orders over 15.00

UK Postage for prints is based on the total cost of your order as follows:

Order amounts from £1.00 to £5.00    = postage £1.50

Order amounts from £5.00 - £10.00   = postage £2.00

Order amounts from £10.00 - £20.00 = postage £3.00

Order amounts from £20.00 -£30.00 = postage £4.00

Order amounts from £30.00 -£50.00 = postage £6.00

Orders over £50.00 free

Delivery time is 3 -5 days via Royal mail  or EVRI

Cost for prints is based on the total cost of your order as follows:

Postage for original work and commissions

Unframed work, tubed packaging, Royal Mail or Evri 3-5 days delivery - £6.00. Orders over £150.00 free

Framed work, wrapped to prevent damage, Royal Mail or Evri 8-10 days delivery - £25.00. Orders over £250.00 free

 

Postage for Textile Items

UK Second class royal mail, 3 to 5 days delivery - £2.00 - free for orders over  £10.00

International  8 to 10 days delivery - £5.00 - free for orders over 50.00


Lost or damaged items

We take great care in handling your items, but occasionally they may get lost or damaged during transit and once your order is handed over to Royal Mail or the postal service, we can no longer be responsible for its delivery or condition. To minimise issues, we pay a little extra and send items over £10.00 via tracked post. So, if there is a problem we can provide the tracking number upon request. However, by purchasing from our store, you agree to contact the postal service directly to make any claims.

Refunds

​We offer a full refund on items returned within the first 14 days of purchase, if 14 days have passed since your purchase, you will not be offered a refund and/or exchange of any kind.

  • Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it

  • The item must be in the original packaging

 

On receipt of the returned item a refund will automatically be applied to the  card used for the  original method of payment.

 

Shipping

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning items.

  • The original shipping costs paid on dispatch by us will be included in your refund.

  • Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your return to reach us may vary.

  • We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, lost items are the senders responsibly.
