What a sight, a million daffodils in the sun. I absolutely love this place. The amazing ‘Field of Hope” was planted by the Marie Curie centre in 1990 after they received a donation of daffodils to be used for fundraising, they planted the field in order to inspire cancer sufferers and carers, a fitting tribute to all who have to deal with this horrible disease. This is close to the heart of my family, a beautiful place!
This is just one of my many Liverpool land mark themed paintings. Visit my gallery to see the whole collection. and discover how each piece beautfully complements the spirit and hope of the city and its people.
